Another fantastic book by Toni Bernhard. For those of you that loved her first two books, and for people who are new to Toni's writing, this book teaches and reminds us how to live with a more open and loving attitude towards ourselves. Each of us, regardless of whether it's illness or just life circumstance, have obstacles that we find challenging. How To Live Well is a great reminder that we can choose to live more peacefully. She uses her trademark open and candid style, using examples and stories from her own life to exemplify how she has learned through her own struggles to appreciate what life offers her.
