I really liked it that i had to buy the others (even tho i spent way to much money on other books this month) i really loved how she talks about her experiences and that she had more then 100 pounds to lose like i did. Also i really liked how she said go ahead and buy the planner of ur dreams or spiral notebook and fancy paper or pens ( im a planner and pen gurl) so i bought the planner or my dreams last year and pens too even tho i lose them sometimes i do recommend this book series to friends and whoever is struggling on the starting point i started my weight lost journey in dec of 2013 but got serious this month i like dreaming how i am going to be healthy for a change the real challenge for me will be excercising and writing down what i eat and preparing healthy for my husband and i as well as my baby.....hope u found this book enjoyable like i did!
