I've been wanting to get into juicing for a long time but was a bit intimidated by the whole process. This book, however, was very helpful because it breaks everything down in simple terms and gave me specific directions to follow. I've actually started the juice fast and am already feeling better (It's only been three days). I will update later on the amount of weight lost. I've lost two and a half pounds in three days, which is great. The bloating on my face has gone down. I also appreciate the motivational messages in this book. They have really been a life-line. Good book and practical. I recommend it.

Great book on juice fasting from a to z. Very easy to read, well written and full of great tips and motivation to do a 30-day juice fast. I highly recommend it. Good read all around.
