How to Lose All Your Friends by Nancy Carlson

With exuberant pictures and a tongue-in-cheek sense of humor, the author of I Like Me! takes a light-hearted look at bratty behavior that will have children laughing in recognition while learning exactly how not to behave. Colored-pencil illustrations throughout.

I enjoyed this book. I am am intern for a school counselor and have used this book in my kindergarden class lessons. I use this to begin my talk on what makes a good friend and how to be one in return. I would recommend this to anyone who has seen a child in their class who has difficulties in making/keeping friends.

This book was not at all what I was expecting!! I thought it gave the kids ideas on how NOT to be a friend. Which, looking a the title....I guess the author did a good job. I bought it to read to a group of 2-3 graders. There is NO WAY I will share this book with them. I was hoping for a more positive lesson on friendship...this isn't it!!
