He has worked for over 10 years as an x-ray qualified pipe welder and fabricator in the pressure vessel manufacturing and nuclear industries. He also teaches welding, fabrication, and manufacturing/maintenance skills for various industries in the Mid West. These industries include mines, steel mills, wind tower manufacturers, and other industrial manufacturing and power companies. He holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy, a BS in Construction and Business Management, an AAS in Carpentry, and an Associates degree in Welding Technology. (He also asserts that he has been educated beyond his intelligence. According to him, this happened somewhere after 3rd grade.)
