What a journey!!!! It's one thing to read a "self help" book, and yes, they can cause some introspection which can certainly be helpful. But in this one, Debbie offers some amazing insights, then really pushes us to stop and think and feel...what are the things that we're THINKING that might be standing between us and our own best lives!!!! The exercises are well planned out and really help focus our thoughts and attention...and push us to really be honest with ourselves. This is "no excuses" folks! It's a journey to our own best life!!! So well worth it if there is anything you want in your life that, for whatever reason, is still missing! Highly recommend!
