I HAVE RIGHTS TOO
I am Sam. Yes, this is Sam. Who is ten and has rights too.
There is Sam. And there is Pam. There is Sam, Pam, and the cops too.
Sam says no. Pam says no. Sam and Pam says no to a warrant-less search.
No probable cause. No plain view. No probable cause, no plain view, and no consent too.
With no probable cause, no plain view, and no consent too That means no to this warrant-less search. So until then, a warrant is due. Just say no to a law-less search.
Without the reasonable requirement, this search wont stand So stand your ground.
Look over there. There is a stop and frisk. For this stop and frisk, you must stop and get frisked. It's a stop and search, but only with reasonable suspicion.
Did someone say question? Do not answer any questions. Unless it is: "What is your name?" "How old are you?" Where do you live?" Or, "Where are you going?" But no further answers to this stop.
Do not say a word. Not one bit. Do not say a word. Do you hear me?
You might get into trouble by telling on yourself. So do not say a word.
