We women are wonderfully made, but, boy, we sure are emotionally intricate. With her trademark conversational style and wit, Patsy Clairmont tackles a subject most women feel at a loss to approach—their feelings.
I Second That Emotion takes one of Patsy’s most popular topics at the Women of Faith conferences and shows how you can deal with a turbulent emotional life.
I Second That Emotion pulls some of our emotions out to examine them individually. Don’t allow life to push your emotional buttons till you have an emotional meltdown. Instead, let God help you get untangled.

Patsy is always open & writes from her heart with real life experiences. She is a master of words. While dealing with serious issues, she provides a Biblical view of solutions plus adds her funny take on life. I really enjoyed two other books which I rate with 5 stars, Fireflies and Twirl. Thank you, Patsy. When I read your books I feel like I am sitting on that front porch of yours!
I so enjoyed hearing Mrs. Clairmont speak in person that I purchased this book. She is at once hilarious and endearing in her inspiring life stories. I thoroughly enjoyed the book! It's probably geared more toward 30+ year-old woman rather than a teenage book...if your interest is gift-giving.
I saw Patsy at a recent Women of Faith Convention. When she walked onto the stage, she was holding a large rubber band ball. She used this visual aide to represent our emotions as women. She was showing us how tangled our emotions can seemingly be, and she had the nod of thousands of women sitting in that arena. Her wittiness and clear honesty of her own insecurities and battle with agoraphobia makes her a woman that so many can easily identify with. She has always been one of my favorite on the Women of Faith speakers. She writes in her book like she talks in person, with honesty and with love.
