I would recommend this book to anyone charged with OVI/DUI in Ohio, particularly if the outcome of your case is important to you. It is a quick and concise read, and efficiently laid out so that you can pull only as much as you want out of it, or digest the whole thing. It's fast enough that you can read it before you make a decision on whether to hire a lawyer, or how you plan to handle your case. As a former practitioner in this area, I would also recommend it to new lawyers interested in the area, as it provides much more detail than you would expect given the small number of pages.

If I had a family member or friend that was charged with a DUI/OVI, I would highly recommend this book to assist in the court process.

Most people will get stopped by law enforcement at some point in their driving experience. Every driver should know how to behave during a traffic stop; every driver should read this OVI primer. -- Paul Giorgianni, Attorney, Columbus

Very good book.. Informative and I was able to understand it. Not a lot of lawyer jargon to make it hard to understand. I especially liked the part about what questions to ask a lawyer you are considering hiring.
