Ice Kitchen Poptails is a new, grown-up collection of alcoholic ice pops. As well as classic cocktail pops, they've found new and original ways to pair ice pops with alcohol, like stirring a fresh peach pop into prosecco to make a Bellini, or a lemon pop hiding a cherry and twirled into a whisky to make a Whisky Sour. Create some drama and throw a memorable drinks party by serving some of these show-stopping ice pops to your friends. The book begins with advice on freezing techniques, serving suggestions and the most imaginative garnishes, and follows with 50 dazzling recipes, such as a classic Cosmopolitan, and Egyptian Rose Cocktail with hibiscus, rose water and tequila.
