If I Can't Have You by Mary B. Morrison

New York Times bestselling author Mary B. Morrison delivers a seductive, mesmerizing tale of "love" gone dangerously wrong.  .  .

No matter how direct Loretta is, Granville doesn't get it. He was fine when it came to burning up the sheets, but that's where their connection ends--or so she thinks. When he begins stalking her, Loretta's gorgeous girlfriend, Madison, claims she can tame any man...so Loretta dares Madison to prove she can tame Granville. But sexing Granville while she's engaged to the most eligible bachelor in Houston may cost Madison more than Loretta's bet is worth.  .  .

Praise for Mary B. Morrison's I'd Rather Be With You

"Drenched in jealousy, cheating.  .  .will leave readers gasping in shock."  --Library Journal

"The sequel to If I Can't Have You has just as much drama, fighting and lying as its predecessor." --RT Book Reviews

This is for the person that wrote her comment on December 12, 2012. This is not Mary Monroe book. Its Mary B. Morrison. Wrong author honey. Mary B. Morrison books are fiction. Which mean u dont take it serious. Its entertainment only. Take a chill pill sweety. Its not that serious.

My wife purchased this book and within a couple pages of reading, she was disgusted. She said the grammar and writing were terrible. Do not waste your time or money.

I had a difficult time rating this one. I thought it was a pretty crazy story, but I was interested enough that it kept me reading to the end. There's a whole lot of melodrama which usually isn't my thing. These characters are pretty ridiculous, but they sure aren't boring. It ends in a cliffy. I'm a little curious so I may continue the series.

I just finished all 3 books. Totally dissapointed at the ending. I expected a resolution involving the 3 women and its not there. As a stage 3 mastectomy patient, the treatment and recovery time is way off--I couldnt stand a bra on my scars for over a month, not to mention the drain tubes, pain, and the mental shock of losing your breasts. No way I'd have been out and about in a couple days. Also. Am used to at least one relationship in a book series to be "the one"--one you root for..... and it was all shallow sex. I won't read any more. I expected more from powerful women.

I don't like soap operas, and while I enjoy a series that references characters and places from other books , I resent a series where I am forced to buy another book to continue the same story. It feels manipulave to me.
