With the hustle and bustle of life there seems to be a shortage of personal communication. The times when mom or grandmother would tell you “don’t count your chickens before they hatch,” and how "closed mouths don't get fed,". Mother would explain what it meant and why it was important not to do the things that would cause you unhealthy as well as unnecessary harm. This is simply a book for women to read to take back control of their lives, it implements and reinforces strategic power moves, all while being reminded of the things mother taught us, a tool to revert back to when experiencing real life situations that seem out of our control. We have gotten so engulfed into the shuffle of our own lives that we have forgotten the importance of what momma used to say. If You Knew Better, You Would Do Better: Handbook For Women is a book of hidden wisdom for women of all ages.
