The little boy is showing how he is growing throughout his life. He shows how his clothes are getting smaller, and his body is getting longer. He shows how all of his features are changing as he is getting older. This will be a nice book for little children to read so they will know how they body changes over time. Also, how everyone has to grow old and they features begin to change over time.
