"We're all going to the same place." Raina Fallamhain has already been through so much since her Change, only a few years since she became a vampire. And yet she must still endure so many more challenges, face so many new threats, and struggle with so much more loss. Living upon a razor's edge between surviving and succumbing to the strain of it all has been her norm for too long, and at last it may prove to be more than she can bear, both psychologically and physically. While still dealing with the aftermath of an unforeseen tragedy, the focus of an old grudge has boldly stepped to the forefront to threaten her and all she holds dear with pain, enslavement, and death. Sensing that things are reaching an apocalyptic zenith, Raina is desperate to set her life in order as best she can, atoning for past sins while doing her best to protect her vampiric family, before the time comes that she must face her final foe and perhaps draw her final breath. "Immortal Debts" is the exciting final chapter in the Raina series.
