About the Author

Mark B. Jabusch is a trained and certified Christian minister who lived in Sendai, Japan for fourteen years. He and his family lived in the earthquake zone, and their rental house was destroyed in the 2011 quake.

A writer of poetry from his teen years, and a long-time contributor to language teaching
magazines and theological studies, this account of his experiences in that crisis is his first published book.

Mark lives with his wife, Diana, in Surrey, British Columbia, with their pet cat. He enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to music.
