He's silent – but his touch speaks louder than words.

At first sight, Savannah is drawn to the harsh appeal of a man who refuses to talk to her. Keenan's hard stare is arrogant and unapologetic. The quirk of his sensuous lips is cocky and in control.

But there's more. There's something deeper he's trying to hide behind those steely grey eyes––a slight hint of vulnerability which captures her intrigue.

She'd been warned, told that his silence hides a myriad of lies capable of affecting her career and relationships with loved ones. Only she can't help herself. Testing Keenan's defenses is an addiction she can't deny.

Falling in lust is easy. Learning his secrets comes with a price. The cost? Her broken heart.Author Note: Inarticulate is a contemporary erotic romance you won't want to put down. You will laugh, you may cry, but inevitably, you will fall in love with a man consumed by silence. Happy reading.

A World of Silence The tagline "He's silent - but his touch speaks louder than words" drew me in immediately, but the story made me want to stay and get to know Keenan. He is a very deep character, and his silence pulls Savannah right to him. This is my first book that I've read by Summers but I hope to read more of her work. The story tells a great romance, and it builds up to the romance, and the connection between Kennan and Savannah. There were great characters in this story, that were more than the main ones, and I liked that there are budding stories just waiting to be told. No relationship is perfect and sometimes the ones in it, never see the HEA. I liked this story and look forward to more stories told by Summers.

** Provided on behalf of the author for an honest review ** ** Written by Gayle from Bloggers From Down Under ** The old saying goes a little like this….. Actions speak louder than words. I personally have heard this saying a billion times in my short lifetime, but Inarticulate…..It’s not so much what actions speak, but what a touch, a simple look, a simple stare that can hold so much meaning than what words ever will. We meet Keenan and Savannah in this beautifully written novel. A chance meeting at a family dinner has Savannah completely spell bound when she first lays eyes on Keenan. He’s all male, sexy, brooding, dark and dangerous. Savannah is completely drawn to him and the mystery behind him. Because he never says a word to her. Actually he never says a word to anyone. He uses his body, his eyes as a way of communicating. Keenan is always silent, but still has the ability to tell his story. And Savannah needs to know what that is, who is Keenan and what makes him tick. But Savannah has be warned. Stay away from Keenan, he will crush you with his secrets that he will never share. He will break your heart into a million pieces. He is not the man for you. He isn’t who you think he is. But Savannah has other ideas. She will get to know Keenan. She will find a way to reveal his secrets. She has too, because the desire, want and need is too strong to ignore. She wants this man. But at what cost? Guys Inarticulate……This novel had me completely spellbound. I couldn’t put it down. I was transfixed right from the very start. It’s dark, raw, gritty, heartbreaking, jaw dropping and breathtakingly beautiful. And lets not forget how sinfully delicious it is as well. It had everything one would expect from a novel and so much more. Personally for me though, what pulled at my heartstrings in this brilliantly written novel was the detailed way it showed how people can communicate without words. It left me speechless and simply moved me to my core. I instantly fell in love with both Savannah and Keenan and their story. A novel that will stay with me for a very long time. This is a novel not to be missed. It’s a definite must read. 5 stars

Oh I received an ARC for my honest reveiew. First book I read by Eden Summers. OMG, I loved it. The characters, well described, I wish I was in Savannah's shoes, just to be held by those grey eyes from Keenan Black. Story starts with her having to try to save the jobs of a hotel chain, that is being bought by a company, and one person behind that company is her cousin Penelope, who's trying to get rid of the old staff to bring new ones in. Savannah has to try to keep these employees from leaving until the sale of the Hotel. So she's sent to Seattle to take care of this, her aunt lives there in Seattle and her cousin's she hasn't seen for a while. Hoping to maybe talk with her cousin Penelope see if she can save these jobs. But a dinner the night she arrives, her cousin Dominc shows up, to bring her to there mom's house for dinner, that is where she meets the grey eyes, this good looking man, and wants to speak to him, get his attention, but can't or won't, until she finds out he can't speak. Will this stop her from talking or trying to meet this person, who pretty much wants to devour her in his looks. So much happens the couple of weeks she's there and twice dissappointment from Keenan, Savannah gives up. But Keenan has never felt like this about any woman until her, and he needs to talk to her...... but how? (He can't speak). This is a steady/fast read, you would not want to put down. Loved it!! Thank you Eden Summers.

What does it feel like to be devoured by the gaze of a gorgeous, sexy man who cannot speak? For him to just stare at you and conversation isn't necessary. Savanna knows! Keenan Black is his name and he wants Savannah...bad! Just his stare makes you shiver. AMAZING! I love Keenan! He's an amazing character. All the characters are fantastic and well developed. Yes, even Penelope. But seriously, secrets can destroy lives! I absolutely adore this book and it's one I can enjoy just as much the second time around. Received a copy in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed is my own.

This book grabbed a holds on to you from the start never letting you go. It is very well written with wonderful characters. Savannah is a woman after my own heart a very strong woman who knows what she wants and doesn’t care how the cookie falls. Keenan is a very strong alpha that is a dream that is hiding lots of secrets. This is a very emotional read with many growing pains and hurt feelings. They will have to deal with a lot and pull together to find their HAE. The author gives you a story inside a story With Dominic and Penny’s story. I look forward to reading more about them. Penny’s grows on you at first you don’t care very much for her. I really enjoyed this read the author really out did herself giving you a compelling story that pulls you in from the start with some very steamy love scenes. I feel sure more will not only fall in love with the plot, characters but this author as well.

I received an Advance Readers Copy in exchange for my honest review. alright kittens, this one took me over halfway before I was all about the story. Up until the end of chapter 19 I was just blah about it, then it took a turn. A turn I should have absolutely seen coming, but I didn't, and it hooked me. I was up about two hours after bedtime last night trying to finish the story... I didn't, but I did get up this morning and read it all. I don't know if this was just me or how I'm feeling about reading right now, but it really wasn't doing anything for me until the turn, but now that I'm done and I look back on the story. I really like it. I get the story and how it was all set up. The writing style is really nice. The only draw back for me was the set up of the chapters, I do understand it now, but it took a while for it to make sense to me at all. It gives you some foresight into the story and the characters, which I really did enjoy. I think overall my fellow contemporary romance fans will enjoy this book. It has a fresh spin on a story we all love. It has several aspects that I love about it, but they are all a bit spoilery so I'm not going to tell you about them #sorrynotsorry solid 3.5 stars

A quiet love can brew up a epic storm, even without words !!! Eden Summers preformed a miracle, taking on a huge risk, doing a romance novel based on a difficult subject -the male lead doesn't talk, but rest assured, there is enough heat to burn a nice bonfire in the hearts of the readers thanks to Eden's magic fingers and talented proverbs :) its a romantic tale between Savannah and Keenan - she is in a middle of chaos that is her professional life being derailed by coming back home and dealing with the issues in person, also meeting the mysterious stranger that stays on the sidelines but even that is not enough and it causes a tsunami in already an mother of all stormy brewing everywhere Savannah looks. One would think that a brooding, non-verbal, moody person would sent you running in the other direction, but it all makes him a puzzle Savannah is determent to put together. it also doesn't help that a family nemesis comes strolling in the story and causing havoc at work and in personal areas. Keenan is fighting his own demons and pushing away anyone before they get attached, but once Savannah shows up, the spell is cast and he can't seem to step away from her, no matter the reasons or obstacles. but his own doubts and hang ups will prove to be the downfall in this story. but still, who could resist him all broody and yuumy !! But all this doesn't stop both of them for going after what they want - each other. without a word being spoken on his part, she felt his love in everything else. The lack of words made what they felt for each other that much honest and real, that even betrayal wasn't enough to abandon such love. in the end, why say anything when you have Eden writing all your feelings in such passionate matter that you have no choice but to fall in love and cry! believe me, you will cry !! *ARC was awarded in exchange for an honest review*

Great read!!! The book overall was exceptional and I really enjoyed the pace of the story. In fact, I could not put it down. Love the two main characters. I loved how Eden Summers portrayed the characters emotions and dialogue; especially since one could not speak. The secondary characters were also well written and added so much to this story. It was a very compelling, suspenseful, sexy and romantic story-line. The plot was a little unusual but in a good way. Overall a fun and enjoyable read to the very end.

I stayed up all night because I couldn’t put the book down. I think this is the first book I have ever read where the main guy doesn’t talk, and it’s sexy as hell. I love that Savannah is a strong woman, sometimes a little dramatic but nothing that a little wine won’t fix. I wish the story was longer. There were parts where it kind of skips around and it took a minute to catch up, and I just want more of Keenan and Savannah. *ARC was provided in exchange for an honest review*

This book is ridiculously AMAZING. First of all, Eden is BRILLIANT. How do you write a romance novel without the sweet yet boringly cliché nothings the hero always seems to utter? Don't let the guy talk! This nonverbal element added SO much to the book. It was truly a stroke of genius and I loved it. I LOVED IT!!! Different, refreshing, new, WOW!!! Okay and let's talk heat index: Off. The. Charts. Everything these two did was not only SO steamy, but it was the true affection that was mixed in with the infatuation or lust that made the interactions hot on an emotional AND physical level. Savannah cracked me up at times. She's so REAL, and when she first tries to interact with Keenan, some of the quips just have me chuckle out loud. And Keenan. Talk about INTENSE. Everything he did was just so, "I want this and I'm not taking 'no' for an answer." YES. And holy secrets. Keenan had several huge ones looming and I just could not wait to find out what they were and how Savannah would react to discovering them! This was one of those books that I stayed up WAY too late reading and finished in record time (for me). I couldn't put it down, and I will forever read ANYTHING written by Eden Summers! ***I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review***

This beautiful romance captivated me. Savannah meets Keenan on her friend’s porch and believes he is very rude for not speaking to her only to find out he doesn’t speak. How can you feel/understand the inner workings of a main character that doesn’t talk? Eden Summers is a master because I felt every emotion/thought that Keenan was giving to Savannah. There is real beauty in how this story is told. Savannah is fighting her attraction since she is in Seattle temporarily but the pull to Keenan is too much. Dominic and Penny, Savannah’s cousins, warn her away from him. Penny is jealous and Dominic knows Keenan’s whole story. This is the first clue that there is so much more going on with Keenan that we know. The secrets being kept surprised me and pushed Savannah to figure out who to trust and/or forgive. Keenan sees Savannah as this perfect woman, well, perfect for him. Will he be able to get her to see past his deception for a chance at true happiness? Grab on and let this romance whisk you away along this wonderful journey.

INARTICULATE by Eden Summers is a stand alone, romance story line focusing on hotel PR consultant Savannah Hamilton, and Keenan Black. Told from dual third person perspectives (Savannah and Keenan) using present day and alternating time lines, INARTICULATE follows Savannah Hamilton on an emotional and heartbreaking journey when our heroine discovers that silence covers too many secrets and lies. When the Rydel Hotel empire for which Savannah works struggles with the upcoming sale of some property to another hotel chain in her home town of Seattle Washington, our heroine is assigned to micro-manage the staff as employee morale begins to spiral out of control. Savannah returns to Seattle with a bit of a chip on her shoulder as it pertains to the past, and some preconceived notions about the man with whom she will fall in love. Meeting Keenan Black, her cousin’s friend and possible FwB, throws all of Savannah’s caution to the wind as his silence draws our heroine like a moth to a flame. What ensues is a building but potentially forbidden relationship between Keenan and Savannah, a relationship that falters not once, but twice when Keenan’s secrets begin to unravel. Keenan Black doesn’t speak and in this his silence is designed to protect more than his heart. Keenan’s backstory is a mystery to our heroine and yet, his entire life is an open book to Savannah’s cousins Dominic and Penny who know there is more to the man than Savannah could ever imagine. Secrets, deceit and betrayal, will force our heroine to walk away when everything about her relationship with Keenan Black is based on more than one lie. There is great sexual chemistry between our leading couple; touch and expressions can convey more than words. The romance is intimate, intense and emotional but there are some undisclosed secrets that Keenan refuses to acknowledge, keeping the reader and the heroine in the dark. Keenan is a charismatic character whose persona is strong and intriguing. The majority of the storyline is told through Savannah’s third person perspective. Keenan’s thoughts and desires are expressed through touch and facial expressions but we also get an insight into his emotions through some emails and texts. There is also the potential for a love triangle building throughout the story, another conceivable conflict that could destroy Savannah’s heart. Too many obstacles including work related issues, simmering family dysfunction, and heartbreak and betrayal spread our heroine’s life in too many directions. INARTICULATE has a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Savannah’s cousins Penelope and Dominic Augustine, and their mother aunt Michelle. Dom is one of Keenan’s best friends, and Penny is a woman determined to keep Keenan for herself. We are introduced to several hotel employees, as well as Savannah’s boss Mr. Rydel, and Spencer, her one time FwB, and the boss’s son. Keenan’s father is difficult at best and I was hoping for some more insight to the father and son relationship dynamic. I am hoping for a future story line for both Penny and Dom. INARTICULATE is a passionate story line; a look at one man struggling with his own personal demons, and a woman consumed by the silence and secrets. The premise is inventive; the characters are animated, colorful and flawed; the romance is fated, emotional and moving.
