This is without a doubt one of the best Latin pop/rock albums in recent years. It's been in constant rotation on my iPod since its original release in '06, and I've yet to tire of it. The rhythms are completely infectious, with strong Latin beats and guitar licks accented by violin, charango and flute, not to mention Santino's soaring, distinctive, passionate voice. Personal favorites include &quot Para abajo y para arriba,&quot &quot Vuelve,&quot &quot Sonr&#237 e mi coraz&#243 n,&quot &quot Infierno,&quot &quot Me tumban&quot and &quot Indiocumentado.&quot I dare you to sit still while you're listening to this album, and if you ever have the opportunity to see Santino live, be prepared for an electrifying show. Hollywood has taken notice of Santino (his songs have appeared in movies such as &quot War of the Worlds,&quot &quot Nacho Libre&quot and &quot Employee of the Month&quot and on TV shows such as &quot The Shield&quot and &quot Prison Break&quot ), so it won't be long before the rest of the world wakes up to this amazing talent. Do yourself a favor: buy this album today so you can say you were listening to him first.
