STEVE WYDLER, a former transactional attorney, graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and was Law Review at Vanderbilt Law. A Washington, DC area resident since 1995, he lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife, two daughters and border collie.

HANS WYDLER has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and business negotiations. He has been a Washington, DC area resident since 1994 and lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and two children. Hans has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale University.

The Wydler Brothers wrote a fabulous book! This book is filled with information that every buyer and seller needs to know and it applies to every transaction, whether you're buying an investment property or selling your long time home. Their honesty and advice is spot on. As a Realtor I love this book because their advice is how to every Realtor should handle their clients...with open honesty and sound advice. I highly recommend this book.

I found out about the book “Inside The Sell” by Hans Wydler & Steve Wydler through a “Home & Design” magazine issue. Both my husband and I intend on permanently residing in the Washington D.C. area and eventually purchasing a long term home that we would live in for the rest of our current lifetimes around the timeframe of 2015 to 2018. This book does include some detailed information that pertains to both buyers and sellers. For instance, there is information included on neighborhood specialists and key points to look for when working with an agent. A large portion of the facts in the book are geared towards the seller. However, a buyer would also still find this book helpful because some of the focus points that affect a seller also indirectly tie in to a buyer. Of course, there are much more details included in this book and “Inside The Sell” by Hans Wydler & Steve Wydler is best for those who have a strong preference in gathering objective information in regards to real estate buying/selling.
