About the Author

Megan was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She obtained her BSc in Cellular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary, but then spun off into a wide variety of jobs, over 50 at last count, before realizing she was a writer at heart. One of her passions is writing life histories for foster kids to help them understand their journey.

She is fundamentally nomadic and when not in the Canadian Rockies, is often found in India.
