I am more than satisfied with this excellent addition of "Introduction to Process Technology". As student pursuing a degree in Process Technology I can speak from experience that this particular addition was extremely helpful. Chapter 1 highlights the History of Chemical Processing Industry, Chapter 2 focuses on the classes your are taking in while pursuing a certificate/degree in Process Technology, Chapter 3 all things Safety, Health, and Environment, Chapter 4 basic principles of Applied Physics, Chapter 5/6 in depth view of equipment. I could go on and describe the rest of the chapters but, if you would like a book that gives you not only Process Introduction, Process Equipment, and Process Instrumentation then look no further. What I enjoyed most from Dr. Thomas "Introduction to Process Technology" book was the in depth view into equipment pumps, valves, heat exchangers, cooling towers, boilers, reactors, and distillation columns. In this book you get to see how all these components work individually and together as a system. After reading each chapter you will find "Review Question" each question is asked in a way help you further understand the chapter at hand. All in all if you are interested in Process Industry then this would be an excellent source for your higher learning.
Filled with too many grammatical and mathematical. Reading this book was impossible because the paragraphs did not flow and jumped around with topics.
