About the Author

Dale A. Scadron, M.Div., Th.D., is a former fourteen-year member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. He is a graduate of Angelus Bible Institute and earned his Master of Divinity and Doctorate in Theology degrees from Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary. Dr. Scadron is an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, and holds ecclesiastical endorsement as an institutional chaplain. He is founder and president of Chaplains College School of Ministry, and the Chaplaincy Training Institute. Dr. Scadron is a former professor at Angelus Bible Institute where he taught on the subjects of Pastoral Counseling, Apologetics, and Christian Education. Currently he serves on staff as a full time chaplain at the Taft Correctional Facility located in Taft, California.

Brian Maurseth, M.Div., Th.D., graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a B.A. in International Ministries. He earned his M.Div. Degree in Theology from Talbot School of Theology (BIOLA) and a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Signet Bible College and Theological Seminary. He is a member of the Tau Epsilon Honor Society (Talbot), and is listed in the Who’s Who among Students in Colleges and Universities. He currently serves as the Religious Services Administrator for a Federal Contract Prison in Central California. As a Chaplain, along with his duties to the Christian community within the prison, Dr. Maurseth has conducted extensive research on religions in prison including Santeria and Asatru.
