A straight shooting book packed with lots of information. 23 Chapters and 320 pages. This book has something for everyone interested in this subject. Even though the RE market is constantly changing, the princilples are sound.

This was a wonderful book if you plan to buy multiple homes per property. I found a lot of information I didn't know, but it really was based towards buying groups of homes, and not one home per property. I found a lot of the information repeated itself, but it was very informative and useful! I am looking into investing in fixer-upper homes, ONE home per property and I felt it wasn't really geared towards me.

I started reading this book when I visited my friend. I read the last 2 chapters as I normally do. I liked it so much I had to get my own copy. Very good reading material. Plenty of ideas good common sense advice and oh I did not know that detail stuff. Best off all I like it because it makes me motivated to try new things and get better at what I do.
