Thank you for those who have purchased my book or will purchase my book. Please note
Error on my pork recipes I have the cooking temperature as 145-155 however should be the meat registers 150 -155 degrees on a meat thermometer

Very important- Remove the roast from the oven and cover the meat with tin foil and let it rest for about 10- 15 minutes before slicing it. The temperature of the roast will continue to rise about another 5 to 10 degrees. Total desired cooking temperature is 160 degrees. My Pork recipes pg 90, 92, 93 and 110.
Changes have been made in the book but there are copies already printed with this small error.
