About the Author

Jill Smart was a teacher for 28 years. She taught children in Michigan, Iowa and Kansas. She has instructed in fields of Secondary Science and Health for the majority of her career as a teacher. A life long and driven learner herself, she earned a Masters of Art in Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2012 from Spring Arbor University.
