"It's About Who" has a  'pearl' on every page!  'Find a need and fill it', for example, is a great lesson--- so easy to understand yet so often forgotten, especially in our organizations that have been around for a long time.As a fellow author in the area of leadership, I have a 'critical eye' when we add to the huge amount of literature  already available. The experience-based wisdom in Mandel's book provides much-needed lessons for us all  while keeping it real. DBaileyand21

"Its All About Who" is inspiring and practical. Inspiring because the message is principled, consistent, and timeless. Practical because the leadership techniques WORK-the proof has been in the extraordinary success Mr. Mandel has reaped in business and philanthropy. Every chapter contains at least one big idea that can be implemented by any leader in any setting.
