I was pulled in from the first page of this friends to married story. I loved Drake's and Love's journey, realizing what's been there all along. I laughed and shed a tear. A great story.

It’s Always Been You tells the story of best friends Dr. Lovely “Love” Washington and Dr. Drake Jackson. The book begins with them waking up together in a hotel bed unable to remember what happened that night before. As best friends, they never had an issue with sharing a bed but this time was different because they both were naked under the covers. To make matters worse, the hotel concierge informs them that they got married the day before. Both of them set out to have the marriage annulled but it’s not that simple. Will things ever be the same between them? Even though I’m not the biggest fan of the romance genre – Author Elle Wright never fails to astonish me. She does an exceptional job of writing character-driven romance. The characters are so relatable that it makes it easy for readers to be invested in them and their story. I believe that’s some of the reasons that readers devour every book that Author Elle Wright releases. If you haven’t read a book written by Author Elle Wright – you are truly missing out. (Orsayor)
