This book takes an insiders look at the funeral industry in a straight and at times humerous way. Unfortantly, it is not an endorsement. but rather a warning of many potential rip-offs that occur too frequently. The author "tells all", while maintaining a positive perspective on what you can and should do in preparation for the funeral of a loved one. This book should be considered a great reference for those who are planning for a funeral. Not an easy subject, but a well written approach to it. I recommend this to everyone as an aid in their time of distress. Yelrahc
