Although I didn't buy the book at Barnes & Noble I did receive a copy as a gift in 2013. I have since given five out to friends. I found the information on how the cheeses are made and the cultural background very, very enlightening and refreshing. Cheese is a very basic food and should not be treated as a boring, stuffy subject. I love it!
