About the Author
After failing to find any medical help for her symptoms of exhaustion, weight gain and hormone issues in her early 40s, she discovered it was her hormones that were at fault and that she could turn things around using diet, lifestyle and natural supplements.
She went on to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION), making hormones her speciality. She now helps women all over the world with her online programmes, workshops and corporate, individual and group coaching.
In her one-to-one work, she uses state-of-the-art comprehensive hormone (and other) testing and Functional Medicine principles to identify the root cause of any imbalance and provide fully personalized programmes for faster targeted results.
