About the Author

A first generation American, Chris has flown helicopters in Korea, Europe, and throughout the Middle East. While in China, he met his wife's parents, and then 12 months later, while in Germany, met their daughter, now a mom to their four wonderful children. Since then he has finished his degree at the University of Minnesota, built a house with his father-in-law and dad that he and his family live in, recorded music that didn't sell very well, written a couple of books that are still in a shoe box, and succeeded and failed at a whole lot of other endeavors. Iudicium has become the basis for a new opera.

I just finished reading this book and I LOVED it!! I loved how the author organized the chapters by different storylines/characters, and I loved the twist at the end, and how it all came full circle. I also loved how the wording of the story created such clear imagery for what it was describing, the story had lots of exquisite details. Wow what a great Christmas read, thank you again for this lovely gift. �� (Also I can totally see how that would make an amazing opera).
