About the Author

USA TODAY Bestselling author Chris Keniston's love of a good story and frustration with the end of a well known author's romance best seller, drove her to pen her own works of romance and fiction.

Currently working on the contemporary romance series, Farraday Country, Chris brings stories of falling in love, matchmaking, Texas Cowboys, family values, and all around entertaining shenanigans that fans have grown to love and expect from her bestselling books.

In her Aloha Series, Chris tips her hat to the military writing poignant and sometimes funny stories of life with former military heroes. Using popular themes of small towns and sandy beaches blended with stories of the single dad, survivors guilt, an accidental wedding and so more continues to make the Aloha Series a reader's choice.

Readers won't want to miss Chris' romantic women's fiction novels that include a variety of themes from international settings dealing with wealthy millionaires, family feuds and tropical beaches, to the relationships between family and friends in small town Texas, and to sisterhood and friendship in the award winning novel The Champagne Sisterhood.

A native New Yorker, Chris Keniston was on her way to Australia when she fell in love with North Texas. Little did she know the balmy seventy degree October days would turn into fry-an-egg-on-the-sidewalk heat in August!

Author of more than a dozen contemporary novels, including a finalist for the prestigious Golden Heart Award, Chris lives in North Texas with her husband, two human children, and two canine children. Though she loves her puppies equally, she admits being especially attached to her German Shepherd rescue named Gunny. After all, even dogs deserve a happily ever after.

Can you say cliff hanger? I just couldn’t stop reading it. I love the these characters and the dogs and puppies too. The Faradays are the kind of people you don’t see too often. Can’t wait to see Eileen’s story, She deserves a happy story too!

I was hooked from Adam, the first book. This series just gets better with each book. I couldn't read them fast enough to get to the next book. The characters come alive off of each page, and the story lines make you want to move to Tucker's Bluff. Keep them coming!

After so many books in the series, Abby finally gets her story. And what a story it is. I really loved the way the romance between Abby and Jamison has evolved. The writing is great as always and it makes me want to live inside the books :)

This most recent book in the series is just as good as the rest. With humor, loyal family and a bit of drama, it is one that is a definite keeper.

The Farradays of Tucker’s Bluff is my absolute favorite series! The unfolding of Jamison’s return to Tucker’s Bluff, the plans for the pub, and the involvement of the matchmaking dogs was so enjoyable! Abbie was so due for her Prince Charming! I love the appearances of the already met family members and town folk! I thought the possibility that Mabel Berkner might be the local moonshiner was a priceless sidebar! And the final, epilogue chapter - I teared up! Knew there was a HEA coming, but once again beautifully stated.

Long time family bring the town together to support their own. Starting a pub in a dry county can be a challenge. It can also bring the town together to support their own. Romance between friends. Family supporting each other. Everyone wins.

I am fairly new to the Farraday series and to Chris Keniston. I am falling in love with this series. I love how Chris brings all the family members together and how the animals play a part in it. This is such a great series. Loved this book. It is such a great read and makes me want to read the whole series from start to finish. The characters are so believable you wish you were part of their lives. Loved every minute of it! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I plan on buying the rest of series and reading it all over again!

I knew I would love this book, the latest in the Farraday County series! I love the huge family, the small town and the way Chris has them all involved in every one of her books in the series. I received the advanced copy today and couldn't put it down till I finished it. I completely recommend this book, I totally recommend the whole series, you won't be disappointed. Start with Adam if you haven't read any of them and work your way through the alphabet with the siblings and cousins of the family. I love the dogs' part in each story. I can't wait for the next one... 'Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world...' !!

Loved Jamison and Abbie as a couple. Thought it was odd how they hadn't "noticed" each other until now. Always love the puppies!!!! Sweet romance with a great storyline that pulls not only the family together but the whole town. Looking forward to Aunt Eileen's book. Hoping Sean Farraday gets his own book too.

I love the Farraday series by Chris Keniston. Her new one, Jamison, is just as good as the first book in the series, Adam. Jamison wants to set up an Irish pub in his home town, but problems arise over a liquor license. The cook at the small café in town gets hurt and Jamie ends up taking Frank’s place as cook working with Abbie, the owner. True love takes some twists and turns involving a mysterious puppy and a town cook off. I love how the author involves all the loveable characters from previous books – the Sisters, Aunt Eileen, the cousins and siblings. After I finished reading the book, I was left with a strong desire for Irish stew, a Pink Squirrel, and the next book. What an ending!!
