Overview

In post-World War III, small town Michigan, a self-proclaimed, violent, and insane High Priestess has taken control, reducing the remaining men to nothing more than slaves and playthings.

Jericho, the reluctant leader of the Resistance, must fight her own family to preserve the freedom and equality of all in her care - male and female alike. She's torn between love and duty, and with traitors around every corner, she has no idea who to trust anymore.

About the Author

Formerly from Detroit, Mary Lynne Gibbs now lives in the Kentucky farmland with her husband, kids, dogs, chickens - and (bearded) dragons. From the day she saw her poetry published in the local children's museum newsletter as a child, she knew she wanted to be a writer. Her prior work with Dragon's Roost Press is The Maiden's Courage. When she isn't writing, she loves reading and jewelry making. She's an accomplished cake decorator and former competitive fencer.
