I am a former fifth grade teacher. I recently finished reading Jigsaw. It and You Will Come back are just the type of books that I wanted for my classroom library and to use as read alouds for the entire class. Rachel & Will, the two main characters, have depth and struggle with the real issues of growing up today. They have, to use an old fashioned word, spunk. Their relationship is complex and evolving in directions they don't even realize. I look forward to more of their adventures. Finely drawn characters enmeshed in interesting adventures along the New England coast.
