Four stories about the Evergreen siblings of Gingerbread Colorado. This magical family’s business is Christmas, and inside the innocuous looking Evergreen Industries building is where all the magic happens.   Naughty or Nice by Vicki Lewis Thompson is Cole Evergreen’s story.  In college, Cole was involved with Taryn, but he left just before Christmas and never contacted her again.  A bit of a hacker, Taryn uses her skills to breach Evergreen’s computer security and leave Cole a message to contact her about the holes in his system.  Taryn wants (and deserves) answers, and this may be her best way to get his attention and her answers. Cole and Taryn have chemistry that is solid and not diminished by the betrayal.  She’s A Mean One from Rhonda Nelson is Ethan’s story.   Ethan meets Lark DeWynter, an aspiring author who has the ability to see the magic, even though it has caused her unending trouble and strife.  She’s written a book that will damage the spirit of Christmas forever, and Ethan has no other choice but to kidnap her to stop her presenting ‘her side’ of the story.  These two have such a love-hate relationship, with an attraction that bounces off the pages.  His First Noelle by Kira Sinclair is Dash’s story.   Noelle and Dash were married, but divorced due to miscommunications and misunderstandings Noelle left and joined the CIA.  When her father has a heart attack, she returns to fill in for him at Evergreen industries until he is recovered and she can return to her own life.  Of course, a crisis ensues and Noelle and Dash must work together to resolve it, after carefully avoiding one another since her return.  These two still have feelings that are buried under misunderstandings and resentment from their past. It’s sweet to see them move forward and get back on track.  Lastly is Silver Belle by Andrea Laurence is Belle’s story, the youngest of the bunch and the only girl.  Addicted to coffee, not cocoa, Belle leaves the office every day to get her fix. She’s met Nick, a construction worker and sparks fly.  Knowing that her family is overprotective, she has kept Nick a secret from the family, and hidden their relationship.  Unfortunately, Santa went AWOL and she has to find the replacement: human, male and his face will be revealed in a snow globe.  Imagine her surprise when Saint Nick is her Nick, and her secret just may be revealed.  These four interconnected stories are fun and light reading, sure to bring the spirit and leave you smiling.  The perfect afternoon (or more) getaway reads that add a special boost to your Christmas.  I received an eArc copy of the title from the publisher via NetGalley for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Rating 4 1/2 Stars Okay, Jingle Spells is anthology about the Evergreen family and there goal is keep Christmas alive and the secret safe. So, each story focuses on one of the Evergreen siblings: Cole, Ethan, Dash, and Belle. Naughty or Nice by Vicki Lewis Thompson This story is about reunited lovers. Cole Evergreen when a family emergency popped he left school. However, didn't just leave behind school, but the girl that accept him, Taryn Harper. Basically to get his attention, Taryn decided to hack into his company to find closer. Yes, I know a bit extreme. Honestly, they both needed closer to move on. However, Taryn wasn't going to let Cole go cause deep down she knows they are good together. Cute story. Both Cole and Taryn are pretty hot for one another, but Cole is afraid his powers might scare Taryn away. Taryn wants to know why Cole abandon her all those years ago and see if they can work things out. She's a Mean One by Rhonda Nelson Okay, in this story we meet Lark who use to believe in the magic of Christmas. However, over the course of time she believe it was one big lie, and she singlehanded set out to destroy the lies that are told at Christmas. Now it's Ethan's job to make sure the Christmas spirit is high, but he's mainly doing damage control from Lark's book The Christmas Lie. I liked this story, because have two people who are attracted to one another. Yet, they don't want to sacrifice there principles. Ethan was willing to listen to Lark's thoughts, but Lark wasn't willing to compromise. Ethan is trying to make plain an even field. His First Noelle by Kira Sinclair I love this story. Cause in this story you have Dash Evergreen and Noelle Frost. They use to be married, but life wasn't working out for them so they parted ways. Actually Noelle just up and left. Their main problem was communication, but they didn't realize it. So, during the crisis that is going on they had to learn to communicate with one another and trust each other again. I liked this story mainly cause you saw the conflict and saw them trying to work it out. Silver Belle by Andrea Laurence Oh my, this one was another good one. We have finally got to the last Evergreen, Belle. During the whole book Belle had been sneaking off to meet someone, Nick St. John. She has been enjoying her time with Nick. However, the crisis had reached a critical level with Santa going AWOL. So Belle has to find a new Santa. Nick is looking like he could be the next guy. This comes with complications that Belle doesn't know if she wants to face. Each story was pretty good, but as a whole they make the story complete. These ladies did a great job working together to make a story about a crisis with Christmas enjoyable. Each sibling was able to find there perfect mate as they forge on with Christmas Traditions in Gingerbread, Colorado. So, if you are looking for the magic of Christmas you might find it in Jingle Spells. Copy provided by Harlequin and the author.

LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT. I think you may gather my thoughts on this set of Christmas themed books. This books has 4 short stories about the Evergreen's, Cole, Ethan, Dash and Belle, a magical family who live in Gingerbread, Colorado. They each have their own story in this wonderful book. The Evergreen Industries business offices may look ordinary on the outside but on the inside, it is where all the magic of Christmas happens. There are elves, Santa and Mrs Claus, Reindeer's and magic all happening under one roof.  The first book Naughty or Nice is about Cole and Taryn. Cole and Taryn dated in college but just before Christmas, Cole left never to return and abandoned Taryn without an explanation. Taryn is a computer genius and decides to hack into Evergreen Industries computers to get Cole's attention by leaving him a message to contact her about his security, she did this because she finally wants answers to all the loose ends in her life and Cole is a major one.  She's A Mean One is about Ethan and Lark DeWynter. Lark is one of those special people that can see the magic but because her parents thought she was crazy they had her receive psychiatric treatment and removed all the Christmas decorations from her home so she tries to stop believing. So trying to be normal she writes a book about The Christmas Lie and threatens to harm all the Christmas cheer in the world, which Ethan can not allow. Ethan and Lark have a love/hate relationship and after being on a show together and sparring, Ethan takes Lark for a drink to find out that she has a slot on a program that can really do harm to Christmas so he kidnaps her. This is their story. His First Noelle, this is about Dash and Noelle Frost a Summer witch. They were once married but due to misunderstandings Noelle left Gingerbread and Dash to join the CIA. After her dad had a serious heart attack she returns home to Gingerbread to take his job at the Evergreen Industries until he is fit for work again. When a situation arises Dash and Noelle have to work together after avoiding each other since her return, to clear up the mess that has been created.  Silver Belle is about Belle the younger sister of the Evergreen brothers and Nick a construction business owner. Belle love coffee not cocoa, so everyday Belle goes to the coffee shop - A Cup of Cheer for her daily fix, it is there that she meets Nick and starts a secret affair because Belle's brothers are the overprotective sorts so she has to hide that she is seeing someone. After their daily tryst Belle receives an Urgent message saying Santa has gone AWOL and the Evergreens have to find a replacement for him as it is only days till Christmas Eve. The replacement has to be human so Belle goes to the special place to retrieve the snow globe that will show her the face that she has to persuade, only to see a face she does not want to. I loved everyone of these fabulous love stories, you can just fall in love with all the characters and the village of Gingerbread. I love how all the stories intertwine and I definitely recommend these as a most DEFINITE AWESOME MUST READ

I loved all four of these stories. I liked the different take on Christmas and Santa. I was laughing, crying, and smiling while reading this one. I enjoyed the journey of the holiday season through the four siblings in the Winter Clan. After reading this makes me wish that the town of Gingerbread really existed because I would move there in a blink. I highly recommend this one for the holiday season and the antics of Mr. and Mrs. Claus will have you laughing and never look at them the same way again.

This is not the story you read to the kiddies before Christmas! This is so much better! Naughty & Nice it was!! This was a great read and each author did a wonderful job of telling their story but working together as one so there aren't any gaps in the story! Reading about Gingerbread, CO makes me want to visit!! Great job ladies!!

These four authors did a fantastic job writing this book.  All four stories were well written and tied together perfectly for the final story by Andrea Laurence.  Belle's story was my favorite simply because I am a sucker for St. Nick.  This book will make you believe in Santa again.  A fun read and a must have for all romance readers.
