About the Author

Lyn Phoenix is a retired speech/language pathologist who has worked in the public schools of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio providing treatment for varying communication issues of children with orthopedic, multiple and behavioral disabilities for 37 years. She also worked for 25 of those years as an assistive technology specialist providing technology to students with Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury and Cognitive/Physical challenges. Lyn has been interested in writing professionally since she was a teenager. She has had many professional articles published and has written seven courses for virtual schools in the field of education and speech/language pathology. Her heart was always yearning to write fiction in the faith based genre, and now as a retired person she has the time and means to do so. This screenplay is her first, but she had a novel called “The Walk Home” published in 2014 and has another novel called “The God Nod” in the works. Lyn feels very blessed to have this opportunity to share her faith in this way and is very grateful to all those who take the time to read her work. Lyn is married and has three married adult children and five grandsons.
