**Now a USA Today Bestselling series!**
Jacqueline "Jax" Rousseau is vivacious, rich, smart and beautiful…but that doesn't mean she's lucky in love: she's dated doctors, lawyers, actors and politicians who've all managed to end up disappointing her. In fact, she's on a self-imposed hiatus from love when she has an unpleasant run-in with her neighbor's gorgeous new landscaper, Gardener Thibodeaux. Jax is not accustomed to gruff, ill-mannered men that can't be charmed, but when he saves her skin, she realizes that something about Gard intrigues her...and if she can find her way through the armor that surrounds his heart, she might finally find a love that won't let her down.

About the Author
New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Regnery started her writing career by enrolling in a short story class in January 2012. One year later, she signed her first contract, and Katy's first novel was published in September 2013.
Forty books later, Katy claims authorship of the multititled New York Times and USA Today bestselling Blueberry Lane Series, which follows the English, Winslow, Rousseau, Story, and Ambler families of Philadelphia; the six-book, bestselling ~a modern fairytale~ series; and several other stand-alone novels and novellas, including the critically acclaimed, 2018 RITA© nominated, USA Today bestselling contemporary romance, Unloved, a love story.
Katy's first modern fairytale romance, The Vixen and the Vet, was nominated for a RITA® in 2015 and won the 2015 Kindle Book Award for romance. Katy's boxed set, The English Brothers Boxed Set, Books #1–4, hit the USA Today bestseller list in 2015, and her Christmas story, Marrying Mr. English, appeared on the list a week later. In May 2016, Katy's Blueberry Lane collection, The Winslow Brothers Boxed Set, Books #1–4, became a New York Times e-book bestseller.
Katy's books are available in English, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish. Her books soon will be available in German and Hebrew.
Katy lives in the relative wilds of northern Fairfield County, Connecticut, where her writing room looks out at the woods, and her husband, two children, two dogs, and one Blue Tonkinese cat create just enough cheerful chaos to remind her that the very best love stories begin at home.

The perfect combination of steamy and romantic! I couldn't put it down!
Terrific Its great to have another story line about the families on Blueberry Lane. Jax is running from an idiot drunk at her brothers wedding reception when she runs into Gardener and finds her true love.
Jonquils For Jax by Katy Regnery is Awesome! Yes, with a capital A awesome. This is a fairly short read, a great choice for people with limited time for reading. Jonquils For Jax is well-written and grabs you from the first page. Be warned, it won't turn you loose until the end. Ms Regnery has given us a book with lovable, huggable characters. Jax and Gardener's story is a fast-paced tale with plenty of drama, humor and sizzle. I enjoyed reading Jonquils For Jax and look forward to reading more from Katy Regnery in the future. Jonquils For Jax is book 1 of The Rousseaus Series and book 12 of The Blueberry Lane Series, but can easily be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Can't wait for the next one
Gardener was a complete surprise for me. I think Jax was pretty surprised too! I thought Gardener's sight issues we're going to take over his character but due to the brilliant writing of this author, he only shines brighter. He didn't wallow in self-pity either. He did have his moments which is only natural. Their relationship started out as friends because she had some morals. It was a beautiful thing! The characters were extremely well developed and the story line just flowed with a sweet and spicy romance that takes your breath away. I can't wait for more of The Blueberry Lane series. Received a copy via RockStarLit in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed is my own.
This is my favorite book of this series!!! I love it!!! And I've loved most of these books. :) I wasn't sure that I would love the Rousseaus. They were after all, mortal enemies with my favorite English Brother Stratton. (Even though Jax and Mad were acceptable friends for Kate). However, Kiss Me Kate made me see that everything is as it seems in Katy Regnery's world. In this book, Jax and Gard are so lovable. I love how accepting Jax is of Gard's disability. I love how Gard is so protective of Jax. Oh, I think I'm more excited to read the Rousseau's series than I was for the Winslow's or even the English Series. I can't wait to read Mad and JC's story. Katy Regnery's characters are endearing. I just love reading their stories.
Jonquils for Jax by Katy Regnery is the first book in her brand new series featuring the Rousseaus, another very wealthy family living on Blueberry Lane in suburban Philadelphia. This book may be read as a standalone, even though some of the characters from the author's earlier works are mentioned. Jax Rossuaus is an incredible woman with a lot of heart. After winning an Oscar for the very first film she ever produced, the press camps out on her doorstep. Having your picture in the society pages is nothing compared to the relentless Hollywood paparazzi. Jax is lonely, and prefers the anonymity she once enjoyed. She decides to leave the fame behind, at least for the time-being, as she figures out what to do next in her life. Her mother's mansion on Blueberry Lane is home, and that is where she wants to live and produce substantive entertainment. Former Philadelphia police officer Gardener Lenox lost most of his sight while doing his job. Gard has always preferred to make his own money, so his trust fund provided by the success of his father's New Orleans landscaping business remains primarily intact. Gardening is in his blood and something he can do with his limited vision. As a result, he gardens for one of Jax's neighbors, and meets Jax while doing his job. Jax and Gard are fascinating characters that I liked very much as individuals. Their respective histories were quite intriguing and I savored every morsel Ms. Regenry disclosed. Unfortunately, I did not feel the spark or emotion between the two once they became a couple. The Rousseaus are an entertaining bunch, and I am looking forward to the next book in the series. A wonderful sweet romance that gave me a case of the feels and left me believing in fate and true love. Jax and Gardener were so much fun together. They have both taken a pause from their lives to figure out what direction to head in next, and when fate brings these two together it doesn’t take long to see that being together is part of their future. I loved their bantering and playfulness, and it was easy to see that these two connected from their first interaction. Even though there are a few things these two need to deal with, once they have committed to being together…even if it may only be temporary…these two were all in. The supporting characters added additional depth to the story. From Jax’s mother (who is just awful!) to Gardener’s friends from the police force, everyone added to Jax and Gardener’s story. Jax’s sister and brother also played a nice part, and I’m looking forward to seeing where their stories lead. Characters from other books in the Blueberry Lance series make an appearance, and I’m looking forward to going back and reading those books to learn more. Katy Regnery has delivered a wonderfully written romance. I loved her writing style, which from a reader’s perspective was effortless in its delivery and created a world that was easy to get lost in. The characters were well developed, telling their story with emotion as well as with great dialogue, especially the lines in French. I enjoyed my visit to Blueberry Lane, and as I mentioned, I look forward to reading more books in this world to learn more about all the characters in this series. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to get lost in a wonderful happy ever after! I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
My Rating: 4.5 Favorite Quotes: He'd recognize her voice till the day he died. His brain had already found a safe place for its keeping. ...building a life is about taking the pieces that matter and figuring out how to fit them together. You should know that want and should are having an epic battle in my head right now. I'm going to fall for you Duchess. Hard. Don't know if it's just for now or forever, but if it's not okay with you, tell me now. What if each thing I want is a puzzle piece, but they belong to different puzzles, and I can't figure out how to fit them all together. My Review: Katy Regnery writes amusing, sweet, and sexy stories with adorable, enigmatic, and endearing characters, even though I am highly envious and should despise them as they are filthy rich, remarkably attractive, and highly successful. I first fell in love with Ms. Regnery's English Brothers then switched up to the Winslows, and am now enjoying the Rousseau clan. I am ever so glad Blueberry Lane is a large neighborhood.
With any story whether horror, drama, romance, etc. there is always one scene that triggers the imagination and is hard to let go of over time. For me that was the moonlight garden scene the night Gardner and Jax met. What a first impression. The glowing flowers, the beautiful surroundings, an air of mystery mixed with the magic of simmering attraction. That one scene set the tone for the rest of the story. Gard is a paradox. He enjoys and creates beauty with an artists touch but knows that ugliness can be wrapped in beautiful trappings. Jax has a curiosity for the unknown. It tends to get her into troubling situations but her scars are hidden below her cultured upbringing and have made her wary and determined. Jonquils for Jax is just another reason why Ms. Regnery is a favorite author of mine. She uses a pen like an artist uses a brush. Her story are born from her love of beauty and becomes more obvious every stroke.
