About the Author
Molested as a child, bullied in school, sexually assaulted, and raped as a young adult, Sandra felt lost for many years until the unusual request of a friend would set her on a path of true healing and transformation.
Sandra fully healed from her past and found her passion and purpose in helping others do the same. She studied the Art & Science of Coaching at Erickson College International, Reiki Level 1 - Master at Beaumont Hospital, and Traumatic Incident Reduction in Windsor, Ontario. With her Transformational Trilogy Journey to Your Self, Sandra walks her readers not only through her own story of abuse and self-empowerment, but even more so, guides them through the process of releasing their own trauma, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior in order to discover their own 'true Self'.
