About Author: Zoya Ahmad learned to read as soon as she spoke her first words. As a child, she spent most of her time curled up, flipping through piles and piles of books on the floor. She enjoys her community at Brighter Horizons Academy, from her close-knit friends to the rolling-on-the-floor-laughing antics her class gets into. Combining writing and her deep interest in medicine, as well as healthy doses of inspiration from upperclassmen and support from family, she hopes to continue to concoct books that will truly "ensnare the senses" in dizzying arrays of color, humor, and truth!
