If you want to do a juice cleanse you should pick up this book. It gives specific information on the benefits of a juice cleanse, the health issues and positive attributes that may come from participating in one, how to prepare for one, and the commitment that is involved. Furthermore, it even goes so far as to suggest certain juicers that might help one when taking part in a juice cleanse. Lastly, it provides a diverse amount of recipes using various fruits and vegetables to keep things interesting. So, if you are ready for a juice cleanse get this book, it will help you tremendously.

This book was an easy introduction to juicing. I enjoyed the variety of recipes, as well as the information on the health benefits. I also liked that it addressed what to expect from changing my bodies diet so drastically for the cleanse, so there weren't any surprise in that regards. I also really like that their are recipes for not just cleanses but for energy and treats and other health concerns.

New to the idea of juice cleansing, I really appreciate the detailed background information this book provides. Some information includes comprehensive facts about the benefits of herbs and spices, which seem to be overlooked in juice recipes. Also, since you eliminate a lot of protein, dairy, and carbohydrates during cleansing, the recipe book also provides lists of vegetables and fruits that contain good sources of B vitamins, calcium, iron, and protein. With over a hundred recipes, you'd easily find one that sounds delicious to try. The book helps those who are new to the diet and those who have done cleanses before. There are sample meal plans for 1-, 3-, 5-, and 7-day cleanses. The book also repeats, quite often, several warnings of changes in mood, skin, and stamina and also mentions whether some recipes are suitable for people with certain conditions (ie diabetes) or not. If you don't like the idea of drinking juice for 1 day to 1 week, you can still utilize this book for the recipes that can be a single meal replacement. I was given this recipe book for free, and in exchange, I provided a review.

A great guide for setting a foundation for long-term weight loss. I appreciate the upfront honesty that this is not a quick-fix diet for fast weight loss. The advice shared goes beyond the basics of juicing and give abundant details for how the cleanse may affect your body as well as your mind. I’m definitely a beginner and this answered all of my questions for every phase of a juice cleanse. There is more focus on organic foods than I thought necessary, but I guess it is all about detoxing and organic foods help that goal.

Finally a believable Diet plan! This book may possibly add years to my life! I have suffered from high Blood Pressure for some time and though I only need to lose a few pounds to improve my overall health, the delish recipes and ease of preparation in getting all the benefits of so many fruits and vegetables that I already buy will also save me money opposed to just one more weight loss product! I have not stumbled upon any information that would make Juicing so fun, easy and as practical as Juice Cleanse Recipes. The author promises that if you stick with it, Juicing can improve sleep, increase energy and in turn you may life a longer life! I would definitely recommend this read.

Juicing saved my life. I have been juicing for about three years now. Prior to that, I had so many ailments, aches, pains, bumps and easy bruising. I was always constipated. I have used this book to mix various vegetables, herbs and fruits into a delicious blend of goodness. This book makes my going vegan easier. Once I started juicing, I feel lighter, my skin looks brighter and I am sleeping and using the bathroom better. In addition to juicing, this book encourages a healthier lifestyle. I quit smoking and cut out red meat in addition to juicing. The flavors and mixtures I have come up with are the best and great for the kids too! My first time using it I did a seven day cleanse and I juice daily to maintain my health. I am so so happy I discovered this book!

For anyone who has thought that juice cleansing means an austere way to get healthy, Juice Cleanse Recipes wonderfully proves them wrong. It has many recipes that combine ingredients enticingly enough (“Cinnamon and Sweet Potato Toddy,” for example) to make you want to head to the nearest Farmers Market, as well as gloriously-hued photos (look for the vivid picture of burgundy-colored beet juice, with orange carrots nearby). The guide notes that once started, juice cleansing can lead to improved sleep, as well as relief from aches and pains, and many other benefits. If you want to jump-start your health regimen in an easy way, read this informative, vibrantly illustrated book.

I’m glad I read Juice Cleanse Recipes, as I learned more information about different fruits and vegetables. The author provided facts of which certain fruits and vegetables work best if trying to achieve a particular goal. Also informs what juicers are best and why a juicer instead of a blender.

I had never tried a juicing cleanse before so this book provided a lot of information about the benefit of the cleanse, what kind of ingredients to use that digest better than others, and a great guide to prepare oneself for the cleanse and afterwards. It was a bit long on the information portion but I think it's definitely needed. Oh, I learned that a juice cleanse is not the same as a protein smoothie!

There are certain foods that I do not necessarily care to eat because of taste, preferences, etc. Through a set of recipes that enable one to develop palatable juices, this book allows one to easily learn how to gain the nutritional values of the foods without having to eat them. More significantly, if one follows the cleansing regime delineated one gains tremendous value. The juices are easy to prepare and tasty. I would encourage those interested in a healthy lifestyle to purchase this useful volume.

After trying a few of these recipes I realized that healthy eating can also be delicious. However, there isn't sufficient evidence to suggest that a juice-only diet cleanse is an adequate diet alternative. I'd recommend this book to those who would like to add juicing into their already balanced diet, or those looking to discover new juicing recipes.

Upon the receiving of this book, I conjured up some of the recipes over several days to great surprise: My old lady enjoyed pressing her tongue into my mouth that much more, complimenting me on my new berry scented kisses. I have yet to go through all the recipes but look forward to the results. Cheers!

Taking this book for the hundred plus recipes included is a good idea. But it also detail the benefits of different types of fruits and vegetables in a mixture, while giving a warning to anyone wanting to do a cleansing that your body might become fatigued easier due to lack of protein. As such, I do recommend this book to anyone interested in juicing.

As a newcomer to the world of juice cleansing, I found this book to be very helpful and informative. It outlines the benefits and process of completing a cleanse and includes 125 recipes that I can’t wait to try. The most helpful chapter, in my opinion, explains juice cleanse meal plans, telling you how long to wait between meals and giving many helpful guidelines to make the process as helpful and painless as possible. I’m especially looking forward to trying the Strawberry Cucumber Cocktail.

A juice cleanse is a highly restrictive diet that lasts only a short time but is not right for everyone. If you and your doctor decide that integrating a juice cleanse into your diet is right for you, then this book can help stave off boredom with its MANY juice recipes. Most incorporate both fruits and veggies for maximum nutritional benefits and some even include herbs and spices. Some look so good – Cantaloupe and Cranberry Swig! – they could be enjoyed after the conclusion of the cleanse.

This is a great book filled with lots of information and some really good recipes. I’ve only done a handful so far, but I am loving it and having fun while I am at it! I got this book for free and it’s clearly going to be just about my most use cookbook (juicebook? lol). The produce section at the grocery store has never been so fun!

The Bible of Juice Cleanser When it comes to juice cleansers, I usually let my friends take care of this for me whether at home or at their places but after I purchased this book and read it,I found that it's very easy for anyone to make, and also if you're a beginner like me, this book will be a good way to start. I like all these tips and trick to make the perfect juice.This one is going to my collection.

This book made all the difference in the flavor of my juice creations. The recipes are fantastic and simple, and the shopping lists make it so easy to gather all the produce I need. I am also getting better at inventing my own juice recipes now! For those interested in doing a cleanse, there is a solid step-by-step program here, but it's also good for those who aren't cleansing.

I was pretty new to juice cleansers and I’m still not totally sold on them as my primary way to lose weight. But just the same, this book is a good way to get started. I like the tomato-veggie juice the best and I’m also a fan of the pink grapefruit juice. Lots of good tips here.

I'm really happy with this ebook. It's got 2 great sections. One is an explanation as to what to expect with different juice cleanses, then the recipe section provides some great ideas. I can't juice cleanse for long periods of time, but I do enjoy juicing. I have some great ideas.

In addition, it has a wide variety of recipes, that sound delicious even if you are not cleansing.
