Past president of an herbalist association, she brings her passion about herbs to many newspaper and magazine articles as well as lecture events.

Susan Eagles is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and is a qualified herbalist. She offers workshops on various topics regarding health concerns.

I bought my first juicer and this book. I cannot say enough good things about it! I have read it cover to cover- TWICE! Plus I still read certain sections over again. It is the only book on juicing you will ever need!

This book is a must have for anyone interested in juicing or that is already into juicing. The book is a reference that I constantly refer back to over and over again. I have shared it with family and friends and even motivated a few to buy the book for their own collection.

This is an excellent book for the intermediate to the advance juicer. The book also explains how to make herbal teas and smoothies. I was a bit overwhelmed with its wealth of information at first, but I highly recommend the The Juicing Bible.

I just purchased this book and I love it. The book referenced diseases you may be concerned and want to prevent. What I like best is the recipes for the book, 1 servicing so you are not wasting expensive veggies or produce. Highly recommend this book.

I purchased a juicer and borrowed this book from a relative, however she only allowed me to keep it for a short period of time, So i decided to purchase my own copy , love love love this book no need to purchase anymore books on juicing. Getting healthy in Goergia.

We love this book it's very helpful and has a great deal of recipes that are very tasty we are using this book a lot worth the money
