About the Author

Erica is married with three kids by birth and 1 stepson; one of which was diagnosed with ADHD at 6 yrs old (all boys). Erica has a Masters in Business Administration and is currently in graduate school for her Masters in Social Work. Erica has worked mostly in the mental health arena both in the military and as a civilian and her experiences have taught her that everyone struggles. What we do with those struggles is what matters.

Erica has chosen to focus on her family's strengths and to use their past struggles to give motivation and inspiration to others!
