About the Author
Andrew James Hartley is Robinson Professor of Shakespeare studies at UNC Charlotte, USA and is the author of The Shakespearean Dramaturg, Julius Caesar, Shakespeare and Political Theatre and the editor of Shakespeare on the University Stage as well as numerous jourbanal articles and book chapters. From 2003 to 2013, he was the general editor of Shakespeare Bulletin.
