Danielle doesn't do love. She doesn't do romance. She definitely doesn't do meet-the-family. She will, however, do dancing and drinking and will absolutely do the tall drink of water fresh from the creek who has caught her eye at the club. After all, that's exactly why she left her remote oil town for the weekend: to have enough core-clenching fun to get her through until her next days off.

Kirk's farm boy charm goes a long way in a town that boasts twice as many guys as girls, but there's only one woman in the club tonight he wants to impress. She says she's game but it turns out she has a laundry list of rules to follow when hooking up. Good thing he grew up in a house full of brothers and a penchant for breaking rules.

The one night stand goes awry when Kirk decides to pay Danielle a surprise visit a couple months later. Will Danielle send Kirk back to the farm or will his mama-raised-him-right manners and after-dark mastery be enough for her to let him stay?

Just a Fling is a standalone novella in the Driven by Fire series. This book contains sexual content and coarse language and is intended for mature audiences.

Wowsa! This is one hot and spicy romance! Danielle is not a very trusting person and she has her reasons for it. So when she meets Kirk while out clubbing, she sets her sights on him as her hookup for the evening because she doesn't do relationships. But she hadn't counted on the emotional connection with Kirk and now it's turned into more than a hookup. This is an interesting read about friendships, love, and trust that will make you laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time. JUST A FLING by Eden Rayna 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Release Date April 30 Eden Rayna brings us Danielle and Kirk’s story. This is a prequel novella to book 1 Driven by Fire. I enjoyed seeing Danielle’s story as she was such a great secondary character in Driven by Fire. The chemistry between Danielle and Kirk is hot. I love Danielle’s sassy, happy go lucky and I know what I want attitude. She is such a spitfire and I liked that she isn’t helpless and is super Independent. She is the life of the party where as Kirk is a little more reserved. They have two different personalities but they balance each other perfectly. As a new indie author Eden Rayna writes with passion and you feel it in her words. I recommend this series as her characters are so well developed and easy to like and the story is easy to read and great. (Darlene Palma)

Kirk and Danielle certainly seemed like they belong together, but because of insecurities and inexperience they really have a bumpy road trying to achieve their HEA. I enjoyed these two as very well portrayed characters and found the story to be interesting. Good read! I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
