Just Breathe by Brian Nastovski

This is a story of one man’s battle with divorce and how his experience
brought him closer to God and a new body through cycling. It was an
experience that built his character, perseverance and changed his body
and mind for the better. It is a shared journey that talks about how he
honored God and re committed his faith in this rebuilding process and in
turn developed what he calls E.S.P. to forever change his life.
Through this experience it taught him how to truly ask for forgiveness
which in turn regained his heart and soul back and released him from
bondage of guilt, shame and worry like never before. Take a journey with
him which is one that will bring you hope and closer to God. It is one that
will get you back on track to regain and retain your heart and soul and
delivers with credibility the message that you have what it takes and you
are a WINNER.

Although this book is primarily written for men and I am a woman, I thoroughly was able to get a lot out of the author sharing his journey.  In addition, he is direct and to the point with his methods for recovery.  His scriptural references are uplifting for anyone searching to get out of a deep, dark  part of one's life.  It is an easy read and I whole-heartedly recommend it especially to men, but to women, too.
