Overview

Have you heard the saying 'If walls could talk'? Well, Morgan Windfield can listen to them.

She is a single mother who works as a museum tour guide. She is raising her adopted troubled teenage daughter, Brit. A reoccurring vision of a strange land and a girl plagues Brit.

Morgan receives a disconnected call from her estranged father and then a letter. She decides to seek out her father, bringing Brit along. They find out from a groundskeeper that he has been missing.

Brit saves the mysterious girl from her visions who claims Brit is not of this world and then struggles that she is linked to a strange portal found nearby.

A sorceress wants to get control of the portal to unleash its creatures into our world.

Morgan must use her special powers and enlist the help of others to save Brit from joining the sorceress and save the world.

About the Author

I consider myself someone who had a lot to tell but never told it. I could make a story on the go for most of my life so, at the age of 51, I decided to write some of them down.

With encouragement from my fiance and my family I took a class on how to write a novel from an author that has made a name for herself, I kinda figured she knew what she was talking about. She taught me the lay of the land on how to be an author.

I have two adult children who in their own way are making a mark in this world. I have my mother and my father (who has since passed away). I also have two brothers and two sisters, one of the sisters is my twin (Yeah, I was born after her and last to be born). My fiance is my rock she believes in me when I don't. She is my everything.
