Quality lesbian fiction is difficult to find--plot lines are recycled, dialogue is unrealistic, and they are oft poorly edited. Georgia Beers is typically a head above the rest. 96 Hours was a refreshing historical fiction novel with lesbian characters. After reading such a well-researched and engaging story I was extremely let down by the short story Justice. I would expect this level of writing from high school students taking creative writing. I lost more than $3.24. I have lost some respect for an author I thought to be above writing anything to make a quick buck.
