This book is just beautiful. I purchased this with the copy of Frida Kahlo's Diary and they go together perfectly. The diary was personal to Frida's own experience and had beautiful insight to her life directly from herself. But, this book works to puzzle together her own thoughts on her life, on the pains from her sickness and marriage to Diego, and how it shaped her craft. The pictures provided of her artworks were very pigmented and clear. There were so many pieces included I have never seen before and the captions elaborating on them are phenomenal. 10/10
