My husband used this book for a military and a civilian course; the information is put together well and the questions are similar to the Final Exams.

Awful. I brought this book thinking it would help, but the review material was simple stuff and the questions were too dumb. It does not resemble the NREMT at all. I returned this book ASAP and brought the Learning Express one (which wasn't too helpful either, but way better than this). I was really disappointed and glad I didn't waste my time with this book. I passed one first attempt but it had nothing to do with the study books I brought, none of the books offered a good resemblance to the NREMT. I would suggest just reviewing your class notes, your book, and meeting in study groups with your classmates.

I would recommend this study guide to all EMT students who are getting ready to take the National Registry Exam. It gets you in a good test mindset and offers very helpful tips for test day. Thumbs up!

This book has everything from the general information you need to know, to great scenario questions. Highly recommend to anyone interested in becoming an EMT/Paramedic.
