This text is written in poetry form in one of the most important language of India. The Maithili poem form will make original text accessible in native language. The other reason is mother tongue is most close to an individual and it directs hits the chord of heart and brings diverse thoughts which become mechanical process in other languages.
The poetry form is most close to heart of man. The translation in prose gets devoid of beauty from the text and looks unnatural. Many words have different meanings in Sanskrit and gives different meanings when arranged in different permutation. It's always better to give people chance to get all meaning in spite of having just one.
Many words in Sanskrit in Maithili being common as its origin being the former make the work easier. This journey of writing was very fruitful to me as it enhanced my understandability of text and gave me chance to muse in more depth. The deeper meaning of text is matter of meditation.
Writer does not claim to have school/college knowledge of Maithili/ Sanskrit or poetry. Maithili being his native language and Sanskrit being part of his upbringing and Brahminical culture. Text freely available on web has been consulted (Archive.org /wikisource.org).
