Eleth has been in Florida for more than 20 years and approximately 80 percent of her current clients have been with her for at least 10 years.

Additionally, Eleth has personally mentored more than 24 young ladies in an internship program, helping them to develop leadership qualities and a servant's heart so that they thrive in the cosmetology industry. Using the principles that have guided her success as an entrepreneur, stylist and mentor, Eleth authored a book on professionalism titled Keep It Professional: A Customer Service Handbook.
